04-Drink more the water. If we want to look for a miracle on the Earth, water will be the first and the best which is the closest you'll probably have. Staying hydrated and just about each part of we will try to stay healthy -- our skin, hair and nails, organs, and even mental condition. And then we can deduct our weight too! It will show that we could deduct our weight in 5 lbs in a year by just increasing our water intake around a liter per day.
