FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE.
Positive thinking is a big step towards the creating a happier mindset. Instead of focusing on the negative thing, then change your thoughts towards the optimistic thinking. Try to the avoid the self-criticism. Whenever you start the thinking negatively of yourself, reframe it as a positive comment.

Eg:- if you’re thinking, " I can't believe I'm so dumb," say instead, " I'm so smart. If I put in the my mind to it, I can learn anything as I wish "

If you make the mistake, Just think of it as a learning opportunity.
Eg:- instead of thinking, “I’m so upset that, I didn’t get that nice job,” you might think “Maybe I can ask them for feedback so I can do even better on the next grate application ”

DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS.
It’s very easy to make a side-by-side comparison between the yourself and your peers due to the social media. Know that public lives may not be reflect their personal lives. Be grateful for what is good in your life as opposed to the what is good in others.You can use the comparison as a motivation for the self-improvement.


MANAGE STRESS IN THE YOUR LIFE
Stress can affect to the your normal mood and your physical health. It can cause anxiety, anger, and irritability as well as the headaches, muscle pain, exhaustion, and the sleeping problems. To keep the stress at bay, consider what are the activities you can cut back on in your life.
Stress can build up slowly over time. Pay attention to how your body reacts to the help determine when you are stressed out.

Learn to say “no” to responsibilities and the commitments you can’t handle. Establish firm boundaries with your coworkers and the friends about taking on too many extra tasks.

If you are unable to the cut back on responsibilities and commitments, change the way you respond to the stress. If you are overwhelmed, pause for 4 minutes. Do some deep breathing or stand and take a walk around the your nice room.

People are handle stress differently. Don’t let other people tell you that you shouldn’t be the stressed if you feel it.

FIND THE TIME TO THE RELAX.
Set aside at least an hour every day for self-care and the relaxation. Make a routine for yourself, so that relaxation is becomes a daily ritual. Don't schedule the anything else during this time.
The Meditation, deep relaxation, yoga and tai chi, and other mindful practices are a great way to the loosen tension and let go of stress.

Find the practice or activities that soothes you, such as taking a bubble bath or reading a book. These are the very great ways to pamper yourself while providing a way for you to decompress.

Establish healthy and manageable goals. Goals give you the something to strive for, which can give you a sense of purpose and the fulfillment. You can use your goals to the help you attain a healthier life too.

Eg:- your goal might be to run a marathon or to make the new friends.

Break down the your goals into smaller, manageable steps. For Eg:- if you want to write the book, give yourself a daily word count or join a good writing group. When you finish something, you’ll feel a sense of pride and accomplishment that will be give you confidence to continue.

Express the gratitude for the good things in your life. Being a grateful can help you think more and more positively, and it can also have a positive effect on your mental health. By the expressing a gratitude, you can the increase the strength of your relationships and feel more content.

Keep the gratitude journal where you write down a one thing every day that you are thankful for. When you are feeling unhappy or stressed, read this journal for the motivation.
